Did you guys see this?
I have been on the AR10 fence for years but this pushed me over the edge..
I have the 14.7" that will have a JEC brake/mount for my Templar can on it..
Can't wait

On a 308, what's y'all's opinion on the forward assist? It's really not needed, is it?

I like everything there is about Wilson Combat except the price tag. I would think you could get the same results for a lot less than $2,995.

I don't have it on my .308 and never used it on the .223. If a round wont go into the battery there's a reason why, just my 2cents

There is a groove in the bolt of ARs that is made to put your thumb into and force the bolt into battery if needed. The forward assist is completely unnecessary.

I have 2 WC rifles
A complete in 6.8 and a 14.5" 5.56 I built from their parts.

Building an AR10 that runs well can be tricky..

I am prostaff so I get a good deal.
Yes, their stuff is pricey but they run and no one has better customer service.

After spending over a year to find a .204 barrel Wilson kinda pissed me off .... Never could get a straight answer from them
