Family member is looking for the value of a S&W M629-2. Only fired once. Stainless. 44 mag.

100%-1275.00, 98%-1025.00. Think that was the Stealth Hunter model. Could be off by a few dollars. Should be a good ballpark though. Hope that helps

Just thought I would come back in fill in what I have learned about the gun. It is called the stainless classic hunter edition. This gun was part of the original run and was part of 5000 guns made in 1988. They sold so fast they made more in 44 mag with different barrel lengths...then made another run of 2000 with the 6 inch barrel.

I own the same pistol, but the 629-3 model. They go for about $900, give or take a little.
