favorite 300 win mag hunting round?

Anyone ever hunt with 208 amax or 230 bergers ?? If so any pics on damage?

Yes. Here's a doe I shot at ~280 yards with 208 A-max from a few years ago after they first came out. I've had customers take all kinds of critters (elk, bear, caribou) with the 208 A-max. It is a very good bullet for hunting. It provides deep penetration with good expansion.

now to just find some more Winchester brass(I have only 70 pcs)... do you like federal brass?

No. Federal brass is too soft, and will wear out in about 1-3 reloads. Spend the extra money and get some Nosler or Norma brass. It's expensive, but worth it.

Left about a half dollar size exit. She is the biggest deer (buck or doe) I've ever shot. She was huge!

hornady brass any good...im on a mailing list when nosler gets back in stock..only thing I can find is hornday

I generally use the Barnes TSX, have been happy with their accuracy and performance.

I shoot 165 / 180 gr Accubonds (depending on rifle) over H4831

180 grain Barnes TSX factory ammo.

The .300 WM and the Nosler 200 gr Partition go together like PB&J. Fuel it with Re-22 or MRP, then go forth and fill an ark.
