Prob not the best place to get one.
Cabelas is the place to finger the firearm you like. Then you order it through the mail.
truth
My wife just got a 10/22 with a purple lam stock. We went to cabelas first. She'd stand right at the counter and google the price. When she ask me if the price was good, Id tell her the truth.
Mark up is about $20-40. Then tax. If you don't want to wait, then you'll pay a premium. Unlike local transfer(she found one for $20, which is low in this area)
Any defect in the product and it go's back to the factory, not the store. Once you order it from a warehouse online. They are out the picture, just like Cabelas. It's between you and Ruger now. Cabela's offers nothing but a mark up to the purchase.
Now if they gave me a line of 20% discount for three months on ammo....then yeah, I'd buy from them. (like free oil changes at a dealership after you buy a car)
I work for my money....so will they.
