School me on Addax

Are they a desirable exotic?
How is the meat?
What constitutes a trophy?
What do they cost? TIA

Definitely a desirable exotic.
The meat is phenomenal (similar to Oryx, if you've ever had it).
I would consider anything over 30-32" to be a trophy.
Most places charge a trophy fee of $3,500-$5,500.
