I am looking for a cow elk meet hunt to complete on a weekend mid to late Oct. I just returned from an archery hunt in NM and unfortunately came home with tag soup. I am not looking for a challenge. I am just doing it for the freezer as we eat more elk as a family then anything. I will need help quartering the animal for transport and thats about it.
