Anyone lose a moose... ummm Elk... ummm Red Deer in Waco?

Amazing how little the general public, or News industry, knows about animal identification. This Red Deer was roaming a Waco neighborhood and was darted and relocated by authorities. Was originally called in as a "moose", and the article calls it a "bull elk". At the time this was published that hadn't found the owner.

I opened the link and then read the comments. Lots of anti-hunters posted. Next week and Nov 3rd. There is a Constitutional Amendment on the ballot to guarantee a Texan's right to hunt. With all the out of stater's moving here that don't agree with hunting, I think an amendment may be due.
