Is this the Axis that was sold as the New World record by an outfitter then did not turn out to be? Everyone was telling him he was way off.

Forgive me if I am wrong but looks identical to that Axis to say the least.

Probably one of the very best looking axis bucks I've seen a picture of!!! Congrats to the hunter and the ranch that raised him.

How long are his antlers? How wide is that spread?

That picture has been on desert safaris web page for a while now...now I know it was killed at ox ranch I'm not arguing that
Funny thing is
Desert Safaris advertise "free range axis hunts....isnt ox ranch high fence?

This buck was killed at Ox Ranch. It is 18,000 acres high fenced, If anyone says otherwise, they are false advertising. No, this was never said to be the world record.
