How much meat on average can you get off a mature wb? How is the meat as far as cooking? What other wild game could you compare it to? Thanks

Hamburger wise it's good kinda like elk but is good. Steaks are little tuff but can make food fijitas! Shot a old water buffalo bull this last year and it takes 4 150 guart coolers!

It's good. Dark like beef and same texture. Treat it like other game meat since it's usually not finished. If you can, age it, especially if mature.
