Define Central Texas? I think within X hours of your location is a better metric. Off the top of my head G Ranch should fit the bill.

It's not Central Texas but Eagle Lake Exotics would be about an hour and a half.

I don't have an axis doe hunt available but I do have:
1 corsican sheep - $450
1 red deer 2 year old - $900
Scimitar oryx female - $1400
blackbuck doe - $200 each for two or more
