Just tried a zwickey 135 grain twin blade for a 175lb hog. nothing...literally. Shot, and I am positive that I got a shot in the vitals, but there was not one drop of blood anywhere. It is possible that it wasn't sharp. My bow is set at 60lbs, and it has a 26.5 inch draw. Suggestions? I can't have hog living with one lung!

Any good quality/sharp broad head will do the job. I shot a pig last year and the arrow was a complete pass thru covered with blood. Like you, I'm certain my arrow hit vitals, but I never found the pig. Pigs are tough and there is no telling how far your pig ran before piling up to bleed out.

Slick trick mags seem to be real popular. I bought a pack but haven't been able to test it out on a hog yet. I shot a hog not too long ago with some phatheads and it blew right through him. Blood all over arrow and on the ground but after tracking him for 100 yards, lost the blood trail.

They are tough..
