I took my dad, son, and our dogs today. We had a great time hunted a couple of places that now 5 generations have hunted on. The dogs did great and ended the day with numerous bones and sheds and 21 quail in the bag. Annie is doing great, but my dad's dog Champ gets the award for most improvement today.
This was an awesome hunt and one I will always remember.

I am in Kent County right now. The quail hunting on Saturday after 5 p.m. was off the charts. 12 coveys at the 6:30 mark. 23 coveys total for the day. We cleaned plenty of birds last night.

Sometimes you have to play with the cards your dealt, converted a varmint rack to part time quail rig. No duct tape or baling wire was used, but was carried for just in case.
