How is it hunting over freshly disced corn fields? Looked at a lease today and the corn is on the ground but will be disces under in weeks to come, how will that affect the birds coming to the fields?

The doves will like the fresh disced corn field. After it rains though, the corn may sprout and then the doves will likely move on.

I drove past 50,000 acres of corn today,, some harvested, some not ------ did not see one bird , till I got to my place and they were all over the sun flowers and dove weed.

Dead corn hulls laying in a field look like dead dove. You have to find the one with the feathers.
