Avian Arts is who seems to have the best reputation. I was looking for one myself and he came highly recommended. Located in McKinney, I think is what I was told.

Were you located PM me- I have several and mount  birds all the time- A Ivan probs (LG) as good as it gets. Depends what you want to spend. Hard to find good work under 200 bucks.
