My place in Woodson (Throckmorton County) got 4.1 inches of rain today. Of coarse I planted millet on Monday and it's likely all washed away. Saw tons of dove around puddins place. Hopefully they didn't get pushed out... But it never seems to fail... Heavy rainfall right before the opener... Oh well, it's a long season.

Now that's what I wanted to hear. I hope they stay!

I own property 2 miles from there and we are covered up w birds. Drove by his place on the way home and they were shredding sunflowers. His Fields looked great.
