Home sick with the crude my luck since I am off work for the next week. Thought I would share this old video I made back in 1990. I made it on one of the VHS recorders that set on your shoulder. It was high tech then. They had only been out a few years. I cut and edited the film on the camcorder using the edit functions. The video quality was not that great to start with, but when I transferred all my old tapes to DVD, then up to MPEG the quality really went down. I uploaded it to YouTube several years back for storage. We had some great hunting spots back then which are gone now. The peanut program was still going and ducks where very abundant in the area then. Bad part was we could only take 3 ducks total and only 2 Mallards. It was always hard to get that 3rd duck as most what we saw were mallards.

Cool video. I love the camo patterns and I think I still have some myself. Thanks for sharing.

Awesome video. You can tell it was novel back then based on how much everyone looked at the camera with a huge grin on their face.

Wouldn't be cool if we could recognize the "good ole days" while they were actually happening.

Later that same afternoon, I shot the biggest buck of my life. Great day indeed.
