Getting ready to head to the lake in the morning on a solo hunt. If you see a crazy guy paddling a pirogue in east Texas, your more than welcome to join. Goodluck.

Thanks Charlie. Had a fun morning. Still trying to figure it out. Was my first solo hunt this morning and got 1 woodie and 2 red heads. Could have shot plenty more but still learning to identify my ducks and didn't want to risk it.

Love that hazy sunrise... Yeah when you whack two redheads early it kind of spoils the fun... but I would still just wait it out for Teal, Gadwall, or Wigeons.
Wasn't born in Texas, but I got there as fast as I could.
