Hi all. I'm wanting to build a brush blind on one of the stock tanks at our deer lease. We have a point that extends out into the middle of the tank in the center and the sun rises from behind the point so it seems like a nice place to put up a brush blind. Anyone have any pictures or advice on how to do this other than start stacking up brush? Over the last couple years this tank gets absolutely stacked up with ducks every morning so I'd like something a little more permanent than a layout blind or a pop up. Thanks in advance.

depending on what kind of ducks youre hunting, and if the pond and point is the way it sounds, a layout is probably your best option

The point has mesquite trees extending out to within 3-5 yards from the end of the point. I'm thinking set something up right at the edge/under the last trees for coverage overhead after looking at it a little more.

I'm liking that. I was thinking more of a U shape with a single one after thinking about the mesquite trees we have on the point.
