Just went out to the Twin Buttes hunting area near Line Rd San Angelo. There is a brand new sign announcing it as APH and requiring the APH permit for entry. TBR now APH (map) The whole of TBR will now require the APH permit for any kind of use apparently.

Good! Maybe next they will lock all the gates up and roads. Stop all the illegal dumping and ignorant mudders tearing the place up.

Good! Maybe next they will lock all the gates up and roads. Stop all the illegal dumping and ignorant mudders tearing the place up. probably not. The City of San Angelo will continue to run operations. The only changes that I can tell will be 1) more LEO presence 2) slightly shorter seasons (at least for dove&quail) 3) slugs allowed for shotgunners
