"Where size and satisfaction really do matter".. ba dum ching
Thanks! It has been something we’ve needed to do for a while and finally made the time to get it knocked out.
We enjoy updating throughout the year so ppl can see all the work that goes into making and keeping good waterfowl habitat and maybe they'll see something that we're doing that they never thought of. It's not just about the killing, even though that's the part that everyone usually gets wrapped up in. We're already working on projects now for next season and the birds haven't even all migrated out yet. Water management for moist soil projects, controlled burns and pulling water so we can disc this spring are a few things that go a long way come next fall/winter.
On another note, we finalized the drawings/plans last night for the new lodge “DUCK CAMP” and should be breaking ground sometime in April. It’s almost surreal that this is finally coming together, as Nick and I have talked about and worked towards this moment for so long. A lot of blood, sweat and tears have gotten us to where we are and I’m sure more are in store before it’s all complete!
A few details on the new Duck Camp:
7,100+sq ft of climate controlled area
1,100sq ft screened in porch
2,200sq ft covered parking area
9 bedrooms/10 bathrooms
