Lots of places in that area, from the coast to Eagle Lake.

There is time, and you must take it, to lay your hand on your dog's head as you walk past him lying on the floor or on his settle, time to talk with him, to remember with him, time to please him, time you can't buy back once he's gone" GBE

Welcome! I have been in the Houston area for about a year and have found a few good public areas.. BE PREPARED FOR THE Mosquitoes!! But being from south Florida you know all about them.. I moved here from Orlando, so similar transition.

Save my info

For any consistent green heads you will need to go north and late in the season. I'm far from an expert, someone will chime in with some good info

Where abouts around Houston? Katy Prairie and Eagle Lake west of Houston are pretty good bets.
