Still slamming some birds on the coast. Everyday is different. From redheads to snow geese. Finally got my pup on her first goose retrieve. She's never retrieved a big white bird lol so she was hesitant until it tried running away then it was on jack.

Down here In corpus I took a shot at 20 snows and saw flock after flock of specklebellies flying over the island. This was yesterday. Man that was the day to be out.



Pintails like crazy and three widgeon were swimming with my redhead decoys while I was fumbling with the pom fronds. Heard a whistle and BOOM slammed this beautiful drake. Love hunting the Laguna. Needing goose fullbodys now with how many geese I saw! Thousands of ducks flying.
