So I have an Occupational Therapist working a contract assignment in Hermiston, OR. She takes her dog out every morning on these trails at a big park near by. This morning, she sent this picture. Said she thought it was a bear at first... Based on the pic, I cant justify it being anything else other than a pig. Thoughts?

It's a pig. One of the states with large feral pig populations is California it's not much of a stretch to imagine that some have crossed the border.

Here's a link to the 2014 feral hog distribution map link It looks like Oregon has a wide spread population.
