I have noticed a pattern and history of questions regarding supplements. Personally I recommend food as fuel and to be used before any supplementation is introduced. Some need supplements due to health reasons, poor diet to begin with or a myriad of other reasons. Everyone makes their own decisions related to their health and what they believe is best for their situation. Below are some resources to do your own research. The pimple faced kid at the local "health/vitamin/supplement food" store barely has enough knowledge to run the blender he/she is operating.
