So I rotate based on 3 days:
1. Chest & Tri
2. Back & Bi
3. Shoulders & Legs

Would it be better to switch to Chest & Bi then Back & Tri? Because my tri is wiped out on the same day that I do chest.

I mix it up, depends on how I feel that day.

Ill do chest and bi or chest and shoulders every now and then, leg day is usually by itself or Ill do light back or shoulders with it.

also change up your exercises, for example one day do dumb bell press for shoulders and next time do it with the bar. I will do bench mainly with dumb bells but I will switch to the bar every now and then. Same thing with any other muscle group, don't let your body get used to the same ol routine

I do back one day, legs, chest, bis and tris, and shoulders. Sometimes chest and shoulders or back and shoulders are mixed. It's easy to do with those because chest and back exercises use the shoulders so your shoulders are already warm and ready to go.

doing chest/tri every 3-4 days is fine, i do back, legs, chest and shoulders every day, your body will get used to it.
