THE RUNS....
I have been having the runs due to a stomach bug that's been going around I believe in my family cause everyone has had it. I worked all day Wednesday then Wednesday night I kept waking up to go to the bathroom. Took off Thursday because I simply could not stay away from the toilet long enough to feel comfortable. Here I am this morning still on the john. What do you guys do to remedy the runs, or atleast the stomach pains from it? Gross thread but I have a bad case of it as it appears.

And this is the first time in a good while for me to have a bad case of the runs lol...I hardly ever get them.

Yeah, that's what I have been doing for the last day. Been in solitary confinement in my bathroom.
