Drake is a great gun dog on both sides of ducks and doves, with a good nose, great marking ability and drive. Drake is quiet in the blind and always spotting birds before our hunters. He has a superb on/off switch, great house dog, but serious in the field and with a nice water entry. Drake is owned and trained solely by Lauren Carter with Soggy Bottom Retrievers.

Majority of the dogs in her pedigree have OFA Hips and Elbows. She is a very calm natured dog until it is time to retrieve and then there is no stopping her, land or water it doesn't matter. She has a very good off switch when it's time to come in the house.
