Howdy all,
I bought this knife at the Ft.Worth gun show for $125 with sheath.
Just curious as to why so cheap? All the knives on the table were Damascus
blades and low priced. Business card from the seller was from Dennis Harris
at Great Outdoors. Hope their not pumping these out of China now...

Nice damascus knives can be found and bought off ebay all year long for $15.00 and up, made in Pakistan,China, etc. There are some very nice ones and I have bought 4 for $20 to $30.00 each...all are very pretty but only one has a really incredible steel and can skin deer all day with just a little touchup with a steel. Many American custom handmade are priced too high for most people and I think taking a chance on a less expensive might be the way to go.
Having said that, I have 6 custom American hand made knives which I love, and another in the making.

I hear keeping coconut oil on it will prevent rust, just an FYI. Someone else may know better but it seems to be working on mine.
