I ordered a set of kudu scales from jantz. They came in and are really thin. Plus I need to sand the epoxy side just a tad to get them level. The only thing I can think of is several liners. Is that what was intended???

If they are that thin they were probably intended to be used as scales for a folder.

A liner or two can increase the thickness nicely. Using 1/16 G10, you can get an extra 1/8" thickness with two liners, like a black and a white, black and red, etc. I'd be inclined to use some kind of contrasting colors.
