I milled some today, and milled various thicknesses. The tree was cut down in 2005, so it's not totally green. But I do not have a moisture meter, to give a hard number. Just checking to see if any of you need some.

Ive some stumps that came out from under a house that was built in 1900 but I haven't used any of it yet.

It's great wood nice and hard and make a good handle. For me the wood scales I use first of all are stabilized and secondly they need to look good, I like highly figured wood. Osage to me do not have that appeal I like to use, I had tons of it from making bows, but never liked the way it looked on knives.
