Anyone have any pointers for the exotic hunt on Devils River Del Norte unit? I'm headed down Jan 8-11 with a buddy and looking forward to it. I'm hearing it's mainly Aoudad with very few others. Having no clue which area we will get to hunt so any advice is much appreciated. Taken me years to draw this hunt and don't want to waste anymore time than necessary finding animals

I hunted compartment 3 and missed a aoudad but connected with a cross type of sheep with my bow 2 years ago. Saw lots of goat/sheep poop on top of that ridge. Another guy had luck in 7 & 8. He saw lots of animals there. Best bet would be just ask the guy running the hunt. He lives out there and knows the place pretty good.
