Hello to all, In the last couple of years I have taken a strong interest in hunting deer on public lands, I almost sealed the deal on my first public land deer with a huge spike but unfortunately I tweaked my shot a little bit and hit him in a really tough part of the shoulder blade which means my arrow did not get a whole lot of penetration and I only found 10 drops of blood and I was unable to recover the deer (I think he possibly lived). Texoma has become one of my favorite places to hunt because I know the possibilities out there are endless and you never know what you might see out there. Anyways I wanted to see if I could reach out to other Lake Texoma bow hunters and ask how your season went and also what can I do to increase my odds out there!
