Anybody running constant on in low temperatures? What batteries and what are you getting for runtime?

I haven't run any constantly, bc Energizer Lithium's are expensive. Last winter I tried alkaline batteries and seemed like 20-30 minutes and they were toast. The lithium's are the best I've found to work for time.

If your running an external IR, I would make sure the internal IR is off, that will help extend the life some.

Alkalines (Duracell) last less than an hour with the unit AND ILLUMINATOR left on continuously. They'll last about 2 hours with the IR turned off.
