I have a Rifleman on a Ruger .17HMR (the old zytel stock). I've sent this scope back to the factory once. The vertical will not hold. Does Leupold have the same warranty on this as their premium scopes?
Granted, it's not a rifle model known for insane accuracy, but I'd like to get it to be at least a reliable raccoon elimination unit.
Should I send it back again, or admit defeat, take it off, and buy a knock around, reliable rimfire scope?
All suggestions appreciated.

I have never had a problem with any of mine. My dad had a problem with his 30 year old scope not holding zero. Sent it in and they sent him a new one. I'd say I am impressed with that.
Is there a chance it is the rings causing a problem?
