I just want something that people have been happy with. I was recommended a trophy cam 12 mp from cabelas for 109.99. Just wondering if anyone has other cams that they are pleased with. If I had a cabelas location close to me I would go and check out their deals but I'd have to pay shipping so want to make sure I'm getting a camera with good reviews. Thanks.

Browning in my opinion makes the best $100 camera.

Ok thanks. I'll look into the browning. The one I was recommended was the bushnell trophy camera 12 mp. If it has more mega pixel it aught to be better resolution photos correct?

2nd vote for Browning, specifically the Strike Force, stay away from the "Black ops", it workks, but better for surveillance IMO, like shop doors, back of the house... Here is a great site to look through, thorough reviews, May be $10 higher, but they give an extra year warranty on most they sell. http://www.trailcampro.com/

Technically yes, but I have an 8mp browning, and I can see the pictures just fine. They are crystal crystal clear, but more than clean enough to see what I've got .

Great field tests and information. I ended up getting mine on sale at academy for like $80. Regularly 109 I think.

I pay the extra for the "free" SD card and extra warranty. Ones I have bought in the past (other brands) often crapped out within 2 years in one way or another (and brand doesn't usually make a difference). I paid $129, so you got a great deal. I have also heard great things about a few other brands, but the biggest thing is to know which model actually rates well, even the difference in year manufacture can effect review quality of many TC's.

I have 4 Moultries, two of which are quite old. I've been retired for 6 years and one is older than that. The two newest are the no-glow type. And one of the newer ones got submerged during a heavy rainstorm and flooding. I was going to throw it away, but somebody on the forum said to let it dry out and see if it worked. Yup, it worked.
I'm happy with Moultries.

I've been happy with the stealthcam g42ng so far I have two of these and the pictures are great. I do wonder about the trigger speed, though. Some of mine seem off but I may just need to use the advanced setting.

I have 4 Wildgame Innovations cameras...ranging from 4MP to 8MP. I have 2 other WG that work fine but they are C battery models that I don't use anymore. I've had great luck with them.

Running 4 Brownings here, and have been for 3 years. Put lithium a in them in September and remove them in August. Usually taking around 15,000 pics during the season.

I bought one back in the summer and so far I really like it. Excellent daytime pics and night pics that aren't all fuzzy or blurry.

I have 4 of the Browning TC's, they are the best TC's that I've ever had. They take great pictures and videos day or night.
