I shot a hog last Tuesday night and loaded it in the truck. When I got home I positioned the hog on the tailgate and propped my rifle on him to get a pic. My rifle slid off and landed upside down, Photon XT smacked the concrete. It broke. Has anyone sent a Photon in for repairs? What's the timeframe?

That's got to be a sickening feeling. I have no idea but good luck with it.

I'm still sick about it. Especially when I look at my trailcam pics and see a dozen pigs and there's nothing I can do about it until I get my scope fixed.

Call Sellmark and see what they have to say.
They are in Mansfield, Tx so it's usually only a day there and a day back for shipping.

I had a warranty repair on one of my Photon XT's, turnaround time was about a week. Pretty quick actually and they just sent me a new scope.

I called Sellmark and told them what happened. Obviously it's not a warranty issue since I caused the damage. I have to fill out a form and send it in so they can determine what the cost will be to fix the scope. I'll keep yall posted on the progress.

Wish you the best on the scope repair. I was just letting you know the turnaround time was pretty quick, but obviously that may be different or longer in a non-warranty situation. I am told Sellmark has a pretty good CS reputation.

That wasn't directed at you brother man. At first the customer service rep made it sound like they were still gonna cover it under warranty even though I caused the damage. Kind of like Vortex does with their warranty. Then I got an email from another guy that said it's not covered under warranty and I'll have to pay for the repairs. I'm still waiting to to see what the cost will be.
