The Supreme Court of the United States declined to grant review of a case challenging the State of California near complete prohibition to grant concealed handgun licenses.

Justices Thomas and Gorsuch justly excoriated the other justices for failing to give the Second Amendment the same level of review as other amendments. First Amendment cases are heard with regularity, as are cases under the Fourth Amendment. The Second Amendment has received relatively little review. After Heller, there are many different scenarios that would benefit from review and decision. Instead, the Supreme Court punted.

yeah it's about time for Kennedy and Ginsburg to GTFO so that Trump can put some more pro 2nd Amendment and Bill of Rights judges in their place. Hopefully he will give a BIG FU to the Dems and Media and nominate Ted Cruz as there isn't a damn thing they can do about it post nuclear option.
