I signed up for the online renewal with no issues.
Today I get a email from some company wanting me to
get finger printed again. I was under the impression
that once printed, there was no need to get it done
again.
I would like to hear from others if this is kosher.
Thanks for any information you provide me on this.

What company? I would think if more fingerprints were needed that request
would have been made by DPS.

I just got my renewed card after online renewal with no drama. Be careful.

Company is called Identogo, by morphco.
This is not the place I was origionally
printed at, and have never heard from these
people before.
As far as I can tell, they have not claimed
to be from the state, or DPS.

Something doesn't smell right. They did not need my prints again when I renewed 2 years ago. I bet you get your updated credentials in a week or so without a hitch.

I believe it is legit. There is a chance they need new fingerprints. Now of days it is done electronically, back when I got mine it was done with ink.

My wife had to go there for the State of Texas Nursing Board to get fingerprints done and for back ground check.

The closest place that was Indentogo was in Frisco in shopping center strip learning center.

I believe they now have a state contract.

Identogo did mine when I first got mine last year. Probably legit but I wouldn't pay without knowing.

Shouldn't need to do anything. I renewed a few months ago and they re-use everything. Prints and photo.

Turns out that this is on the up and up.
Got a letter from DPS today telling me that
my previous prints are not "up to FBI standards".
Scheduled to be re-printed on Monday.
Thanks for all the input.

Would have been nice if they had informed you prior.
