All members of the trust will need to submit fingerprints and photos when you purchase an NFA item, good every 2 years.
If you don't already have a trust, it is easier to buy as an individual since the CLEO can no longer deny your application.
You have 180 days until changes can take effect, so you've got 6 months to get it done without the finger prints.
Those are the changes as I understand then.
