Two seasons ago I upgraded my 10 X 30 trailer to a 10 X 40. The inside was nice and all redone but the outside was a lil' rough. Got where I felt like a roof coatng was needed for preventative measues and Wifeypoo put her foot down and wanted the the whole darn trailer repainted. Did you use a spray gun? What kind of paint? I've got a couple of containers I'm thinking about repainting. I'm on year two of thinking about it.

Spray gun would’ve been easier but it was rolled. Whatever the fellas at Tri-County suggested for paint. Wifeypoo wouldn’t let me pick it out. Last time we did one, I got desert tan. Had a hint of pink in it. When completed, she told me my 10 x 30 trailer looked like a big penis. I asked her how she knew what a big one of those looked like.

3 years ago, a now former leasing partner drug that thing down to the lease and gutted it. Complete rewire, insulation, plumbing, walls, flooring, cabinets and all. Bought his own place that year and no longer needed it. Had 12k in the remodel. Offered it to me for 10k and I gave him 12k. Sold my 10 x 30 to the boys at the Rocking R in Derby for 5k and yes, they got a steal. Now I have a 2nd bedroom, central air and am cooking with gas. All is good.
