decided to stay at the house this afternoon. I had grabbed the rifle and my stuff and walked to the 4wheeler and then just turned around and put all the stuff back in the workshop. I want cold weather.

Haven't seen a coyote in weeks. I was loading up the trailer this morning and there goes a coyote across the front yard at a 3/4 speed. He was heading into a fenced pasture that I knew he couldn't easily get out of. I ran (well...."ran" is really too big a word for what I was doing) and got the deer rifle, but he found the only gap under the fence before I could tap him. Dang...

Whisky...I will now have whiskey...

I want cold weather too, but deer season is short. I drove an hour out here to sit for 70 minutes. Then I'll drive an hour back.
