Going to hunt some public land for deer tomorrow and wondering in general, would my odds be best early at sun up or near sun down in afternoon? Is it about the same % wise, or is one better than the other?

So many variables to that question... scouting is key on public land... if you have not been scouting at least Internet scout for a good satellite spot.. then get there before the sun comes up.. and stay till the sun goes down.. then you cover both parts haha
