I have seen this buck in person recently and didn't notice any limp or other injuries; it's a shame because he would be a pretty darn nice buck if he was symmetrical, as is he is a good buck for my family anyway. Do you think he makes the AR? I believe he does, but would like second opinions.

Probably an injury from ealier in the year. If you've never seen him before/don't have history with him, judge him based off his good side and see what he does next year. I don't think he'd make AR's anyway. Not a great picture for aging, but he doesn't look old to me.

I don't see him making the AR minimum. Looks like he injured the left antler to me.

That would be to close call. If it was me I wouldn't pull the trigger. Who knows though, he might be a heck of a buck next year.

From that angle he sure looks young to me. Genetics may be another possibility. If he is young, give him another year to determine if it was a one year injury issue.

That's a fairly young deer, IMO. I don't believe he would make ARs.
