Tagged out on my bucks last night. Rattled in a keeper at my back blind. Got him close within 50 yards.. estreus did the rest. Neck shot at 20 yards with .308 168gr silvertip. Dropped in his tracks. I need a doe and I'd be happy. Haha

anytime I see mobile home subdivision plus Montgomery county it gets me excited. Lived in that area for 18 months, it was interesting to say the least!

For where I'm at it wasn't a bad buck at all.

Very nice buck for that area. I typically only see does and spikes out there

I'm right down the road from waller. I usually only see does or the occasional basket racks 6. Past few years I've taken 8pts 9pts and 10s. Couple big 8s roaming the woods but only at night.. usually 230am. Lol. Oh well. I'll either take my stepdad to get him or maybe bring a friend and try and help him out too. Either way I've seen more bucks on game cam then does this year. Now I'm hunting away from my feeder and I'm having alot more success.

Also I never skin em by the neck but a co worker helped me scoop him out the woods and in order to use his power tools I had to tie him by the neck haha. Left my gambrel out at the property haha
