So many hunters wait until the last minute to take a few shots before leaving for the hunt. Always in hurry and precision shooting takes some trigger time. Trying to shoot through scopes that have not been dusted and using all kind of misc shells from different old boxes. I guess it works and I would encourage more practice time ESPECIALLY for youth shooters. We even have a pop up blind to put new shooters in for them to practice acquiring the target from the no perfect world of the blind and not a bench. Good luck to everyone and get your deer.

I did it once and if not fort he aid of a good Samaritan we would have missed youth weekend. Never again.

I kill with my rifles and pistols as well as my bow year round. I pop rats on the fence with the pellet rifle regular as well. Shoot all the time and you won't have that issue.

I had to sight in a new rifle I bought for my son yesterday. However he won't be using it until he gets familiar with it.
