found spent shells in my stand today never had this trouble before not good any advice or help

The obvious...hidden trail cams around the stand and at entrances.
That sucks. Hope you catch them

may have to stop deer hunting and start poacher hunting full time

cameras and warden best to let the law handle it if you can i would look for track to see were they are coming in at also
