What's yalls opinions on tires? Likely going to get a used mule pro and will want to upgrade. Do a good bit of driving on payment and hard ground. Very little mud. Likely a 27" tire. I heard good things about Essex Kevlar tires but they seem like they'd be rough on the pavement. I was looking at the motohammers and they seem to fit the bill. What y'all think ?

Essex has 26'' that is good for pavement. If not in thorns and rocks, why spend the extra for Essex? I run regular tires with a qt. of slime in each, haven't had a flat yet, know I will since tires need replacing, but run thru briers, rocks, etc. anyway. But I do carry a spare when out in the brush, air pump, and plug kit

well I do have a couple pastures that are fairly heavy in mesquite so they are present. Mainly meaning that I don't go mudding or anything like that but it is an offroad vehicle and does see a fair amount of use on the pavement if that makes sense.

I wound up ordering some STI Black Diamond 27s. Seemed a good balance for on and off road and price was right.
