Other than replacing the switch, can anyone make a copy of a ignition key for a Polaris? I have one would like to have an extra one.

As much as I hate to say it check with a dealer, or you might try a professional lock smith type person.

I have checked with dealers, they do literally nothing with keys or ignitions. Everything gets ordered.

I had two copies made about a month ago, at a locksmith in Frisco. He had the blanks, cut them on the spot.

Get the schematic of ignition/starter find the contacts for the switch in the ignition, there should be one for acc and a momentary for the start. You can put a solid state on the acc (hidden) and a push button on the momentary. Even with the key after a switch is installed on the acc if no one can see it the momentary will not work unless the switch is on, kind of a poor mans anti theft system.

If you can find a place on the 35e corridor, mail them to me and I will get them cut for you.
Never been to a camping world. I prefer Dick's to be honest.
