Does anyone have a problem with super hot air coming in around your accelerator during the summer? Mine feels like it's going to melt my toes off. Any good fix for this?

My friend has the same model and yes his does too. I've made the mistake of driving it with flip flops on once. He also has had it stall out like it is vapor locking on hot days after riding for an hour or soo. I'm wondering if I has anything to do with the metal fuel line that runs over the exhaust with no insulation on it.

Ours is he same way, you could cook on the heat coming up around the driver. I do not know of a fix, but I will watch this post for any tips.

There's got to be some fix for this. Not a big deal when it's cold outside, but pretty miserable when it's hot!

you can buy pre-fab; search for polaris ranger foot saver, sold thru ebay store.
I used some foam from a shipping container (similar to the foam inside a gun case). Trimmed and folded in the dash.
Blocks most of the hot air and can be removed in winter.
Some use the pool float tubes trimmed to fit.
Others use gorilla tape and seal off the underside of the dash.
Polaris sales a seal kit, but it is too expensive for me.
