She killed a spike last year and this year wanted a buck. We had a few bucks that needed to go, so I turned her losE. The buck she shot would not cooperate and give her a broadside shot. He started leaving and she wasn't going to take a shot while he was moving. I told her to get ready and I blew my grunt call. Buck stopped in the middle of a shallow gully standing broadside, head up, chest out looking for the buck who grunted at him. I couldn't have asked for a more picture perfect pose just before she dropped the hammer. She put the shot right through his heart.
